CDM Duty Holders

CDM 2015 awareness course providers learners within an overview of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) 2015. It has been developed to provide an awareness of the roles and responsibilities of defined duty holders and general health and safety documentation and requirements for construction works.

This course is designed for duty holders i.e. Client, Principal Designer, Designer, Principal Contractors and Contractors and other construction industry professionals.

The course is aimed at people who have management responsibilities in the construction industry.

This half day classroom course covers the following topics:

  • CDM Duty Holders
  • CDM Documentation
  • Requirements – Provision
  • Temporary Works

This is a non-regulated course, and the certificate is issued upon full attendance.
